Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team on the 2nd shift in San Marcos, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently moving, storing, and managing materials within our facility to support production and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and supplies.
• Transport materials to designated storage or production areas using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Prepare materials for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling orders.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours (typically afternoon to late evening).

Work Schedule
